Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager to lead the cement plant production, ensuring safety, environmental responsibility and quality targets are met. You will manage shift teams, raw materials and service groups to achieve the plant's production goals and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent cement-plant experience, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Travel up to 15% is expected.
