Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate for our Bloomsdale, MO site. The role focuses on all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance as part of the Build4Growth program.

You will lead and supervise technicians, handle preventive/predictive maintenance, and document electrical schematics. This entry-level position supports the cement plant operations and includes training, on-the-job assignments, and projects designed to build foundational

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Travel Requirements: 5%

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with all other employees and outside contractors.
• Promote electrical safety and safe work practices in the workplace with subordinates.
• Supervise the electrical and instrumentation technicians in the execution of daily work orders and projects assigned by the maintenance coordinator.
• Maintain electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs and analyze data using diagnostic tools.
• Document electrical schematics and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure system programming meets environmental compliance and maintain documentation.
• Evaluate control equipment to meet plant requirements and implement changes to control programs.
• Provide training and guidance for plant personnel and troubleshoot control system hardware/software.
• Contribute to equipment/process modifications to improve reliability and safety.
