Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Project Engineer to manage capital improvement projects and provide direct technical support to manufacturing operations.

The candidate will lead lifecycle activities from scope to commissioning, driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires hands-on chemical engineering expertise, project management discipline, and the ability to work on-site at our Rockland, MA facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Master of Science in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of combined project and process engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from initial concept through commissioning and final documentation.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Analyze production data, workflows, and processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Provide daily technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure designs comply with internal standards and relevant industry codes (ASME, API).
