Qualifications

• Experience leading feasibility studies and front-end engineering for large industrial Capex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external partners.
• Strong focus on safety, cost control and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop large capital projects for US/Canada with emphasis on feasibility and front-end design.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with firms, suppliers and operations.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, meeting standards and investment gates.
• Organize risk analysis, manage budgets through study phases, support start-up.
• Prepare basic engineering docs, tender appendices, and technical clarifications.
