Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 6+ years experience or PhD with 3+ years experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment and surface preparation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering R&D for semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and optimize processing techniques for device fabrication.
• Develop processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data and define process specification limits and variables.
• Collaborate across teams to plan and report customer demos for applications.
• Engage with customers to understand roadmaps and technical challenges.
• Contribute to next generation product development and releases.
