Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience or PhD without professional experience.
• Familiarity with laboratory work and semiconductor equipment.
• Strong understanding of SPC and/or DOE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and optimize processing techniques used in fabrication.
• Develop and sustain new processes to reduce costs and increase yields.
