Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience or PhD with 8+ years’ experience or equivalent.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and surface preparation.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and/or DOE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and enhance processing techniques used in manufacturing and fabrication.
• Develop and sustain new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
