Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer in Minnesota to apply advanced engineering principles, lead high-impact projects, and drive technology development across cardio, neuromodulation, and rhythm management initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, ensure quality management system compliance, and collaborate across functions to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience; 15+ years if no degree
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills (Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments and lead projects
• Develop new technologies and advance Integer’s capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach engineers
• Ensure adherence to QMS, FDA regulations, and safety requirements
