Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Senior Manager, Advanced Process Development to lead a dedicated group that enables new product launches with robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

You will drive design transfer post-design freeze, translate product requirements into manufacturable specifications, and align cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and launch success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/biomedical/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience leading technical teams.
• Experience translating product requirements into manufacturing, equipment, test, electrical, mechanical, and software specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Process Development for New Product Development projects and launch readiness.
• Unify resources under one structured organization to improve focus and execution.
• Partner with Product Design, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure design transfer and manufacturing readiness.
• Own qualification of manufacturing processes and test systems prior to production release.
