Hexion Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Controls Leader in Texas to steer the Process Control and Automation COE across the Americas. You will own standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability across SIS, DCS, and PLC platforms.

You will personally develop and review instruction code for Rockwell PLC and Emerson DeltaV networks, guide HMI design, and explore AI-driven models for process improvement. This role requires travel and strong collaboration with IT, EHS, and operations teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in chemical or electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Lead the Process Control and Automation COE group, setting priorities, assigning work, and ensuring the team delivers across sites.
Own the design approach for control platforms and document changes for manufacturing audiences.
Develop AI-driven process improvement models and validate viability before deployment.
Evaluate networking issues at IT and industrial layers and coordinate with OT/IT teams.
Build and manage programs delivering cross-site control system implementations and manage budgets.
Promote inclusion, leadership development, and upskilling across the controls team.
Travel up to 50% to manufacturing sites across the Americas.
