Worley is seeking a Senior Process Automation & Controls Engineer in Houston, TX. You will lead I&C engineering deliverables for client projects and operate facilities, maintaining Control Narratives, FDS, and related documentation while supporting DCS, SIS, and HMI/SCADA systems.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial controls, a strong background in I&C engineering, and the ability to travel regionally across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer, Process Control, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of industrial controls and automation experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and executing Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) engineering deliverables is required.
• Hands-on experience producing control narratives, functional design specifications, cause-and-effect matrices, instrument indexes, I/O lists, logic diagrams, loop drawings, alarm management documentation, test procedures, and commissioning documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, review, and implementation of I&C engineering deliverables for customer projects and operating facilities.
• Prepare and maintain I&C engineering documentation including control narratives, FDS, Cause-and-Effect matrices, instrument indexes, I/O lists, and logic diagrams.
• Support and maintain plant control systems, DCS platforms, SIS, HMI/SCADA applications, and industrial networks.
• Execute control strategy modifications, logic changes, graphics development, and system troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 25% to support projects across North America.
