Reliable Controls Corporation seeks a Senior Process Controls Engineer to lead programming, control architecture, and system optimization across engineering, IT, and operations. The role defines control system structure, designs logic templates, and supports startup and handover readiness, with travel to client sites as needed.

The position requires extensive experience in PLC/DCS, harnessing platforms such as Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, DeltaV, Honeywell, or ABB, and a leadership mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in process control with leadership experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and deployment of complete control architectures.
• Guides integration of process automation with commissioning strategy.
• Supports performance tuning and startup optimization.
• Coordinates across engineering, vendors, and operations teams.
• Establishes project-specific control and safety configuration standards.
• Hands-on leadership for commissioning/start-up activities.
