Qualifications

• Demonstrated 2+ years tenure at each prior employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret process data and quality reports.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred; US work authorized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process variables (temps, pressures, cycles) to keep quality.
• Analyze defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering) to identify root causes.
• Tune dies casting parameters for new launches and existing runs.
• Create and update setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to validate changes and improve yield.
• Review X-ray data to ensure parts meet specs.
• Train operators on standardized parameters and methods.
