Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize process parameters (melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds).
• Perform root-cause analysis for defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering).
• Review X-ray data and maximize first-pass yield.
• Support quality and engineering in production trials.
