Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for a cold‑chamber die casting operation. You will monitor and optimize high‑pressure aluminum die casting processes, analyze defects, and drive improvements to yield and quality on the night shift.

This direct‑hire role offers up to $41.00/hr ($85,280/yr) plus a pay‑for‑performance bonus, 401(k) match, full health/dental/vision benefits, and attendance bonus hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated career stability with a strict requirement of at least 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing (aluminum die casting preferred).
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process parameters: melt temperatures, shot profiles, injection speeds, and cycle times.
• Analyze and resolve casting defects: porosity, cold shuts, soldering, and related issues.
• Optimize machine parameters for new product launches and production runs.
• Maintain process standardization with setup sheets and instructions.
• Execute production trials and collaborate with quality/engineering teams.
