Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead for its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice in the United States. You will own the methodology for designing human + AI processes across transformation programs and lead engagements with senior client leaders.

The role requires extensive consulting experience, deep Life Sciences expertise, and a track record of delivering future-state operating models with measurable value. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments, identifying friction and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating model with human + AI process flows and governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with senior leaders.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to value.
