Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in financial or health services including technical business analysis
• Experience in Agile environment or Azure DevOps strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees SDLC for enterprise software by analyzing and documenting business needs and implementation steps
• Leads Agile discussions with stakeholders and creates product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Provides Tier 3 application support and resolves tickets to maintain day-to-day operations
• Drives process improvements and collaborates with cross-functional teams
• Ensures effective communication and timely updates to users and stakeholders
