Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical fields or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressive analytics, BI, or data analytics experience.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience within credit union operations or similarly regulated financial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including scoping, triaging requests, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Gather, prepare, and analyze complex data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports communicating performance, risk, and opportunities.
