Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives within a homeowners association and SaaS solutions organization. The role will document current business processes, assess legacy systems, and develop actionable insights that facilitate transitions to corporate-approved platforms.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic change and contribute to large-scale operational improvements in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, value stream mapping, or operating model documentation.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system migrations.
  • Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies during complex change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to produce clear, executive-ready documentation.
  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and engaging with senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze complex operational environments with multiple legacy systems.

Responsibilities

  • Document end-to-end business processes and value streams in a current (“as-is”) state.
  • Assess existing legacy applications, systems, and platforms used within branches.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints for transitioning to new corporate systems.
  • Synthesize findings into process maps, narratives, impact summaries, and risk assessments for executive decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to validate insights and assumptions.
  • Support transition planning activities, including sequencing and risk analysis.
  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the VP, owning documentation and discovery activities.
