Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Process Architect to lead end-to-end process development, monitor performance, and drive strategic process improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, establish roadmaps, and guide adoption with governance. Experience in Lean Six Sigma and process automation will be highly valued in shaping efficient, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Knowledge of Automation and AI applications in processes a plus.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end processes and roadmaps.
• Monitor performance, prioritize investments, drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Provide governance for process adoption and alignment with business demand.
• Guide strategic direction with industry trends and best practices.
• Work with CoE and Value Consultants on business cases.
• Create process playbooks for Train the Trainer programs.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and related sessions.
• Map current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') workflows via workshops.
• Coordinate with configuration teams to ensure design adherence and test issues responded to.

Job description

Responsibilities

• The Process Architect is responsible for the proactive development and enhancement of end-to-end processes within the organization.
• This role involves monitoring process performance, prioritizing investments, and driving implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to identify pain points and uncover new opportunities for process improvement.
• Establish End-to-End Process Vision & develop Process Roadmap.
• Stay informed about industry trends and leading practices to guide strategic direction and process enhancements.
• Continuously assess end-to-end process performance, providing governance for process adoption and aligning with business demand.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities focused on reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and maximizing returns on investment.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Value Consultants to provide insights for business cases.
• Develop process playbooks intended for use in Train the Trainer programs.
• Conduct training sessions for functional users, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.
• Facilitate process design workshops to map current ('as-is') and proposed future ('to-be') workflows.
• Engage with configuration teams to ensure adherence to functional designs and coordinate user testing with business stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications
