You will apply templates, convert to active voice, optimize searchability, lead monthly meetings, and drive continuous improvement in procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing/editing detailed procedures.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in financial services.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven client relations and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU change requests for procedure documents.
• Lead annual attestation and review for published docs.
• Apply templates and style guides for consistency.
• Convert procedures to active voice and add numbered lists.
• Improve searchability by adding relevant keywords.
• Identify procedural gaps and propose changes.
• Coordinate approvals and finalize documents for publication.
• Perform QA reviews and peer checks.
• Support posting and updates using document management systems.
• Draft communications and prepare presentations about changes.
• Lead monthly meetings with partners and control managers.
