Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, implementation or support of treasury management or related services.
• 2+ years writing technical proposals in banking or treasury sales products.
• Excellent business writing and grammar.
• Proficiency in Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Self-starter, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Flexible hours during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate and revise pre-approved responses into proposals.
• Write client-specific sections and incorporate themes/benefits.
• Proof, edit, and rewrite all sections for consistency.
• Identify additional narrative needs and consult SMEs.
• Incorporate graphics and coordinate with designers.
• Translate technical information for all client levels.
• Provide consultative advice to deal team.
• Research topics and gather background materials.
• Submit new sections to content management for reuse.
