Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a Client Success Sr. Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank to support senior team members and serve as a key liaison for CIB clients nationwide.

You will coordinate with bankers, treasury management, KYC and operations to deliver an enhanced client experience, manage escalations, and help scope and execute product implementations and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in Business Operations/Client Services/Sales Support.
• Knowledge of treasury products and services is required.
• Strong client interaction skills and problem resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic client reviews and growth opportunities with Banking and Sales.
• Manage/resolve client escalations and issues.
• Coordinate product implementations and service-related needs.
• Assist in relationship review documents and data visualizations.
• Maintain ongoing relationship management routines.
• Lead project meetings for large client implementations and migrations.
• Collaborate with Risk for fraud prevention elements.
• Support RFP responses and sales pitches for prospects.
