Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Commercial & Investment Banking in Chicago. You will drive product development, platform management, and optimization grounded in user research and customer feedback.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap, manage discovery, define requirements, and deliver end-to-end product initiatives while leveraging AI-enabled tooling to accelerate iterations and efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Experience in discovery and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
Analyze product metrics across the development life cycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories for product development.
Lead end-to-end product delivery including discovery, feasibility, dependency management, release coordination, and operationalization.
Document requirements with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Design to synthesize insights into strategy and roadmap.
Identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities and incorporate feedback into iterations.
Own agile execution including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and refinement.
