Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive product development, platform management, and optimization. Grounded in user research and customer feedback, you will help create innovative products while enhancing existing offerings, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape our roadmap.

You will own agile execution, write clear epics and user stories, analyze metrics, and lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Ability to map customer pain points and translate opportunities into a prioritized product plan.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs via user research.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across the life cycle: time, cost, quality targets.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, feasibility, dependency management, release, and operation.
• Define and document requirements with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the broader journey.
• Partner with Design (UX/UI) to translate insights into strategy and roadmap.
• Identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Own agile execution: backlog, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and continuous refinement.
