BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director, PRO to lead enterprise-level PRO strategy and evidence generation across assets and regions.

The role shapes integrated evidence plans and advises senior leadership on investment decisions and methodological approaches. You will oversee PRO real-world evidence, health economic modelling, and dissemination of results to internal decision-makers and external stakeholders, while managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years in PRO, RWE, outcomes research, or related field.
• Experience defining and executing PRO strategies for global assets.
• Deep expertise in observational study design, causal inference, economic modeling, and evidence synthesis.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership of complex programs, budgets, vendors, risks, and external partnerships.
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of privacy, data governance, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PRO strategy across assets from concept to execution.
• Oversee PRO real-world evidence, analyses, and value communication.
• Ensure PRO research questions, protocols, and analysis plans are scientifically rigorous.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Maintain budget stewardship and project governance.
• Represent BeOne Medicines at external scientific engagements.
