Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Global HEOR/RWE Senior Director to lead strategy and evidence generation for BRUKINSA across indications and lifecycle.

You will partner with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive value evidence, HTA submissions, and dissemination across markets. The role requires advanced HEOR expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage external partners in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR or related discipline.
• PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in biopharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as HEOR/RWE lead supporting product launch and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and reimbursement landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive global HEOR/RWE strategy and evidence generation activities.
• Identify gaps and develop integrated value evidence generation plans.
• Design and execute real‑world evidence and comparative studies.
• Monitor evolving landscape and respond with HEOR analyses.
• Collaborate on payer/JCA/HTA submissions and economic modeling.
• Develop Global Value Dossiers and US AMCP dossiers.
• Lead health economic models and publication strategy.
• Manage external vendors and regional affiliates.
