Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years in PRO, RWE, outcomes research, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex PRO programs across global assets.
• Strong scientific communication for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive scientific oversight for PRO real-world and observational research.
• Lead portfolio governance for PRO programs from concept to dissemination.
