Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years of progressive PRO/RWE and related field experience.
• Demonstrated success defining and executing evidence strategies for complex assets or portfolios globally.
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive scientific oversight for PRO real-world evidence, observational research, and economic modeling.
• Lead PRO strategy and governance across assets, programs, or regions.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor performance in PRO programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align PRO evidence with asset and launch plans.
• Develop and mentor matrix teams, foster collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, safety, and data-governance requirements.
