Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced Medical Writer to lead the development and execution of global HEOR publications across oncology. This role translates HEOR data, including cost-effectiveness and RWE, into high-impact manuscripts and congress materials.

The Associate Director will collaborate with HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and external experts to shape the scientific narrative and ensure timely dissemination of evidence supporting value of BeOne medicines globally.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, life sciences, biostatistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of scientific or medical writing experience in biotech, pharma, HEOR, or medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, writing, and execution of HEOR-focused publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, podiums, congress materials).
• Translate HEOR evidence (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, RWE, PRO, HCRU) into rigorous communications.
• Partner with HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and external experts to support publication strategy.
