Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Global HEOR/RWE Senior Director to lead strategic evidence generation for BRUKINSA across hematology indications and lifecycle management.

You will drive comparative effectiveness studies, economic modeling, and HTA submissions while collaborating with medical, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to strengthen value communication and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or related discipline.
• PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years of related experience in biopharma/consulting.
• Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HEOR/RWE strategy and evidence generation across indications and lifecycle.
• Identify evidence gaps and execute integrated value evidence plans.
• Design real-world and comparative effectiveness studies using claims/EHR data.
• Monitor evolving landscape and respond with HEOR analyses and strategies.
• Collaborate on payer/JCA/HTA submissions and economic modeling.
• Lead development of Global Value and US AMCP dossiers.
• Develop health economic models including cost-effectiveness and budget impact.
• Drive HEOR publication strategy and dissemination through abstracts and congresses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR insights into strategy.
• Manage external vendors, timelines, and budgets.
