- Proven, global evidence-strategy leadership across assets.
- Strong communication for senior leaders and governance bodies.
- Experience leading complex programs with budgets and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Own global PRO strategy and portfolio leadership across assets.
- Oversee PRO real-world evidence, observational research, and value deliverables.
- Guide PRO question design, analysis plans, and interpretations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, and payer teams.
- Mentor teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliant execution.
- Represent PRO in external engagements and publications.
