Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital and IT Senior Analyst to define business processes and align technical solutions with business strategy, focusing on the Salesforce Partner Relationship Management portal for Parker’s Distributor network, plus Rebate, Case, Claim, Quoting and Pricing management.

The role requires leading IT projects, performing systems analysis, and delivering quality solutions with cross-functional teams across the globe. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area.
• Business application experience, ideally with a Sales and Marketing focus.
• Core business and business systems experience and willingness to cross train to new technologies.
• Sales and marketing application experience including CRM and content management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM in general; Experience Cloud preferred.
• Quoting/Pricing and/or Rebate management experience advantageous but not essential.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to explore resources to aid resolution.
• 5+ years related IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership, learning agility and adaptability.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Adaptable approach and ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Leads or co-leads complex and global digital/IT project tasks delivering results.
• Performs system analysis and identifies gaps in technology or processes.
• Assists in development and implementation of new technologies/services.
• Develops relationships with business partners for future capabilities.
• Communicates decisions and formalizes recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contacts 3rd party IT and service vendors for communications and expectations.
• Manages priorities and mentors team members.
• Delivers multiple solutions while managing conflicting priorities.
• Creates testing and training documentation and best practices.
• Conducts knowledge transfer and cross-training with team members.
• Encourages feedback to deliver quality solutions.
• Supports existing live locations user base and after-hours support.
• Travel flexibility as needed.
