You will lead global teams, translate business needs into Epics and User Stories, and collaborate with Division IT to enable secure access and integration across the Parker network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product owner or equivalent in a global IT environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM and partner portal concepts for distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Product Owner for the Salesforce Distributor portal.
• Gather requirements from business leaders and translate into Epics and User Stories.
• Prioritize backlog to meet business needs and roadmap goals.
• Design and deliver features such as Lead/Opportunities, Case/Claim, Quotes/Rebates.
• Define distributor personas and access controls; enable SSO integration.
• Coach teams on business processes and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
