• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and real estate contracts, analyze title and survey matters, and address due diligence issues.
• Participate in the management of all aspects of finance transactions for middle‑market clients, including direct client interaction and business development activities.
• Delegate to and supervise the work of junior associates in the business and real estate groups.
