• The role focuses on representing institutional lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate financing transactions involving a variety of asset classes.
• Core responsibilities include managing financing transactions from inception through closing, drafting and negotiating loan documents and related instruments, reviewing title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence materials, and coordinating with clients, borrowers' counsel, and other transaction participants.
• Preferred experience includes construction, syndicated, securitized, and mezzanine loans, intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, and other complex capital structures.
• Experience with loan modifications, workouts, or restructurings is a plus.
• Experience with AI platforms and natural language programming is required.
• Experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm is preferred.
