Overview

• The ideal candidate should have experience representing both lenders/buyers and borrowers/sellers in commercial real estate financing transactions.
• Relevant transaction experience should include loan originations, refinancings, restructurings, preferred equity financings, warehouse lending structures, CRE repurchase (“repo”) facilities, note-on-note transactions (including single-asset financings and portfolio and revolving structures), and loan sales and assignments.
• Candidates should be experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents, as well as managing due diligence and all aspects of transaction closings.
