Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead fund operations in Dallas, TX. You will oversee accounting for a fund, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across PE funds, including capital calls and distributions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years of PE fund accounting, and strong client service. A hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance.
• 4+ years of Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to clients.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director/Managing Director on daily Fund Operations.
• Oversee accounting of an existing fund independently.
• Interface with clients with limited guidance.
• Extract key economics from LPAs and document summaries with limited guidance.
• Supervise a small staff of accountants if necessary.
• Guide initial setup of client funds deliverables (capital calls, distributions, financials, waterfalls, IRRs).
• Perform analyses of financial reports and private equity transactions.
