Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team. You will lead and mentor accounting staff while overseeing fund operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

The role involves interfacing with sponsors, managing complex private equity transactions, and ensuring timely financial reporting. A hybrid work arrangement is offered in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance.
• 4+ years of Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Fund Operations alongside Director/MD.
• Oversee accounting of an existing fund independently.
• Supervise a small staff of accountants when needed.
• Review capital calls, distributions, financial statements, waterfalls and IRRs.
