Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting experience.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Fund Operations with the Director/Managing Director.
• Oversee operations and accounting of an existing fund.
• Supervise a small staff of accountants.
