Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in private credit loan operations, bank loan servicing, CLO administration, or via a third-party loan agent.
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics, including fundings, rollovers, prepayments, conversions, etc.
• Proficiency with LSTA/LMA conventions and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR, Term SOFR).

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for private credit instruments.
• Ensure accurate interest, fees, accruals, amortization, and OID calculations.
• Reconcile cash, handle lender/borrower communications, resolve settlement breaks.
• Support month-end close and provide documentation for audit and reporting.
• Assist frontline investment professionals with servicing data and inquiries.
