Carta is hiring a Loan Operations Manager to oversee the servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments, including bilateral and syndicated loans. You will coordinate with fund accounting, investment professionals, and governance to ensure accuracy and timely data delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of credit agreements, SOFR and related benchmarks, strong numerical skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in private credit loan operations or related areas.
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics and lifecycle events.
• Proficiency with LSTA/LMA conventions and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR).
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to analyze complex position and cash reconciliations.
• Team-oriented problem solver in time-sensitive environments.
• Experience with direct lending portfolios (unitranche, DDTL, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for private credit instruments.
• Ensure accurate calculation of interest, fees, OID, accruals and amortization.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions and settlements; manage communications.
• Support month-end close and documentation for audit and reporting.
• Provide servicing data to frontline investment professionals.
