Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in private credit loan operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of loan origination and lifecycle events (fundings, rollovers, prepayments).
• Familiar with LSTA/LMA conventions and benchmark rates such as SOFR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments (bilateral, club, syndicated).
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of interest, fees, accruals, amortization, and OID.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions and resolve settlement breaks with stakeholders.
• Support month-end close and documentation for audit and reporting with fund accounting teams.
• Provide frontline servicing data and respond to borrower/lender inquiries and documentation needs.
