Carta is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to oversee the servicing lifecycle of complex private credit instruments, including bilateral, club, and syndicated facilities. You will ensure accurate calculations and cash reconciliations while coordinating with fund accounting and investment teams to support audits and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in private credit operations, deep knowledge of credit mechanics, and proficiency with LSTA/LMA conventions.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in private credit loan operations or related areas.
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics and lifecycle events.
• Proficiency with LSTA/LMA conventions and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented problem solving in time-sensitive environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the loan servicing lifecycle for private credit instruments (bilateral, club, syndicated).
• Ensure accurate calculation of interest, fees, OID, amortization, and related accruals per conventions.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions and manage lender/borrower communications.
• Support month-end close and provide documentation for audit and reporting.
• Assist frontline investment professionals with servicing data and inquiries.
