Carta is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to join the Credit Operations team in Seattle. You will manage the loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments, ensuring accurate interest, fees, and reconciliations.

Collaborating with fund accounting and investment teams, you’ll apply LSTA/LMA conventions and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR) to support month‑end close and audit documentation.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in private credit loan operations or related fields.
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics and lifecycle events (fundings, rollovers, prepayments).
• Proficiency in LSTA/LMA conventions and rate calculations (SOFR, credit-sensitive rates).
• Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy and cash reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of interest, fees, PIK accruals, amortization, OID, and unused/commitment fees using benchmarks.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions and resolve settlement breaks with stakeholders.
• Support month-end close with fund accounting and audit documentation.
• Provide timely servicing data and respond to borrower/lender inquiries.
