Job summary

BDO USA, LLP's Private Client Services team seeks a Tax Experienced Senior to provide tax compliance and consulting for high net‑worth clients, leveraging deep technical knowledge, client service excellence, and leadership within our boutique practice.

You will collaborate with clients and advisors, supervise staff, and contribute to business development and training. The role requires 3+ years of tax experience, CPA/EA/attorney preferred, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of tax experience in professional services.
• Experience with private client services and supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• CPA/EA/Attorney or equivalent preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tax engagements and identify client needs and opportunities.
• Gather information with clients and advisors to prepare tax returns.
• Review returns and provide feedback to staff and interns.
• Analyze tax notices and draft responses.
• Mentor PCS associates and supervise day-to-day work.
• Support billing, recruiting, and training activities.
