Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Private Client Account Executive to manage client insurance programs, coordinate renewal terms, and collaborate with Producers. You will prepare documents, negotiate with carriers, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed: Texas P&C Agent
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Private Client Account Executive experience preferred
• Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours
• Proficient at Word, Excel, and current internet technologies
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Demonstrate proactive work style

Responsibilities

• Process documents to maintain the Client Insurance Program using agency management system
• Act as primary contact with Producer and/or Client
• New business placement and cross selling as needed
• Prepare and obtain pre-renewal updates for all clients
• Prepare Acord applications and Supplements for submissions to carriers
• Prepare proposals or summaries for renewal terms
• Issue Acord Insurance Binders for renewal terms
• Coordinate client meetings and renewals
• Maintain and analyze client relationships and ensure service levels
