Qualifications

• 4+ years in a sales or advisory role—luxury, real estate, finance, or consulting.
• Clear communication and empathy in client conversations.
• Ability to translate complex information about diamonds, design, and craft into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from initial inquiry to delivery, guiding with clarity and care.
• Translate diamond/design details into clear insights for clients.
• Tailor interactions to each client’s needs, values, and aesthetic.
• Close deals and drive referrals through trust and thoughtful follow-up.
• Own the bespoke journey from inquiry to delivery, tracking milestones, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain clean CRM updates, trackers, and notes for transparent handoffs.
• Assist with lead nurturing, client outreach, and conversion strategies in collaboration with marketing.
