Retail For The People is opening its NYC flagship jewelry store and seeks polished Senior Client Advisors to join the team as full-time contributors. This role emphasizes elevated, personal service and building lasting client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you’ll blend expert product knowledge with a relationship‑driven approach to style clients, drive appointments, and grow a strong client book while supporting store leadership on sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in contemporary or luxury brand retail sales.
• Fine jewelry experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client book.
• Strong sales performance with a relationship-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs (Excel, Word).
• Positive, motivated, and entrepreneurial team player.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch client service and build lasting client relationships.
• Style clients by listening to needs and preferences.
• Explain craftsmanship, vision, and quality of jewelry.
• Grow a strong client book to drive appointments and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies.
• Maintain elevated store environment through visual merchandising.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities as a Keyholder.
• Ensure seamless store execution with the team.
