Qualifications

• 3 to 5 plus years client facing sales experience ideally from a luxury or aspirational lifestyle brand
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and a sophisticated, consultative communication style.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in digital clienteling tools, social media selling, and modern CRM systems.
• Entrepreneurially spirited with a business owner mindset with an agile approach and passion for founder led, evolving businesses.
• Strong ability to multi task to support with in store operations, stick and visual merchandising standards.
